Moonrise III: (n): the time of the moon's rising.
 
 
A layered landscape.
 
 
Materials: Reclaimed piano and guitar strings tensioned into an internal frame. Jasper, remnant leather laminated on masonite, hand-fabricated steel frame, patina, clear coat.
 
Inspired by my family of musicians and my background in classical ballet and architecture, I work with reclaimed instrument strings to explore tension, movement, and transformation. I balance spontaneous gestures with calculated and precise decisions. I aim to evoke curiosity through visual rhythm, layered materials, and obscured structure. My dedication to sustainable practices and working with reclaimed materials remains steadfast.
